Cover Girl - My Skin Tone (Picture)?
I use Cover Girl liquid foundation in Ivory/Classic Ivory. I'm always told that it's too light for my skin tone. I don't know what color would be best for me. I really can't decide on my own. Could you please give me some options to test from? Thanks.

your really attractive but personally if you wanted to show off your features more i would suggest a darker foundation (beige maybe)

just make sure your background isn't dark like nighttime other than that your entirely ok
Reply:Try a bronzer after you apply the foundation. But make sure your foundation is dry first otherwise it will look smudged. It will give you more color and also brighten up your skin tone a lot. I use it all the time and it makes a huge difference in my skin tone. LOVE IT! I also have very light skin and use ivory. Hope that helps!
Reply:ur a really cute gurl!!!!
i think A BIT dark foundation would suit you better....
hope i helped!!! keep smiling:)!!
Reply:I too am fair skinned, and the ivory/classic ivory is too light for me. I use the creamy natural, and blend it in. Have you tried checking out the covergirl website?
http://www.covergirl.com/
Good Luck =)
Reply:Maybe you need to try the next shade a bit darker than what you're currently using. You could also switch to a makeup that is easier to match to skintones. Have you ever heard of Bare Minerals? www.trybareminerals.com It's wonderful, it's very light, and you can even mix the colors to make them match your skintone. It's easy to put on, I've been using it about a year now, and have not had one single break out since I switched from liquid make up.
You are a beautiful young lady!
Happy New Year
Reply:Mix a little bit of a darker color with a little bit of the lighter color in the palm of your hand until you get the color you want. This really helps w. the changing seasons, letting you go darker in the summer %26amp; lighter in the winter.

Evening out my skin tone?
I need a lotion that evens out my skin tone.
On my legs and my arms, it's all tan [and kind of pale in some spots] with red blotches everywhere.
It's been like this for a long time. I think though, that the red spots on my arms are acne scars because I used to get acne on my arms and my back.
Help?
Evening out my skin tone?
use the right skin lightening products to even out your skin tone.. then protect it with the right sunscreen that block not just UVB but also UVA (they're 2 different kinds which should be both blocked)..

Best color to were with my skin tone?
best color for this skin tone

last row, middle color
Best color to were with my skin tone?
That is a gorgeous shade! Perfectly tanned.
Black mascara.
Black pencil eyeliner on the top lid.
Eyeshadow colors close to http://thebodyshop.com/bodyshop/browse/p...
Golden Paprika, Damson
Peach-bronze natural looking lip gloss.
For nail polish, wear a bronze color. That would really enhance your natural bronze glow. Reds would also look very nice. Avoid light pink colors.
Best color to were with my skin tone?
Mine is the first, darkest, on Pallor-Asian (half Native.) You'd use the same colors I use because it's the same--warmer ones that compliment a golden skin tone. Think of all the colors you would associate with Fall, and go with those.
Reply:yellow is a def no. orange would be good. green:maybe blue:maybe. purple would be kewl ummmmmmm try multicoloring see how that would go. NO BRIGHT YELLOWS !!!!! red would be good pink is a no unless the shade is really pale. dats pretty much it!!!!!! -hope i helped-=)
Reply:Hm deff. not yellow or white. I'm guessing maybe light blues and pinks. You can always try coral though.

How to adjust skin tone in Photoshop?
How would I go about making skin tone appear lighter as the editor of this picture has done:
http://www.alarmpress.com/upload_images/...
How to adjust skin tone in Photoshop?
under edit%26gt;%26gt;adjustments, you can use the "levels" to add black to the colors, or "selective colors" to add more or either red or blue etc. brighhtness/contrast should not be used.

How to adjust skin tone in Photoshop?
OPen Image
in the menu, go to Edit %26gt; Adjustments %26gt;
and then play with
Brightness %26amp; Contrast
Hue %26amp; Saturation
%26amp; More
Edit %26gt; Adjustments
is where you want to go tho.
Might want to duplicate your image to a new layer right off the bat and edit that tho so your not stuck with a modified version you do not like.
From the looks of that image, I would use Hue %26amp; Saturation
1. Lower saturation, Brigten, then adjust hue to a bit more red.

Is there a way to keep my skin the same tone?
I'm black i'm light brown skin you can see my veins which i hate.I can't stay the same skin tome one day i'm medium brown then i'm light brown then on somedays my skin turns this wierd color like a washed out brown color like a paper bag i tried sitting in the sun.My mom said my skin has always been like that is this normal my dad is dark skinned and my mom is so light she gets tanning lines she is black by the way i don't know if it's just the mixture of their color or what but i would like to stay one skin tone.
Is there a way to keep my skin the same tone?
If you have dark skin, you still need to use a sunscreen, 40 minutes unprotected in the sun can give you sunburn.
Wear darker clothes. This doesn't exactly get you pale, but it contrasts with your face and makes you appear more pale. All black is good.

Try MD Skincare two step chemical peel. Sephora and Nordstrom carries the line.

Ladies, how do I lighten my skin tone?
I'm a guy, so I won't resort to putting on make-up, therefore there is no need to make that suggestion.
But anyway, reason why I'd like to know how to lighten my skin tone is because I have a discoloration of pigment on my fore head.
See, my fore head is darker than the rest of my skin tone on my face. I tried a chemical peel which cost about $230, and that didn't work.
Is there any creams or other procedures that you know of that might work in regards to my situation?
Ladies, how do I lighten my skin tone?
beleive it or not, plain old fresh squeezed lemon juice will fade skin pigment. Squeeze a few lemons and filter out all the pulp and seeds, then mix it with some sugar until you get a sort of sugar mud, then use it to scrub the areas you want to lighten. Do not try to use Reallemon or any bottled lemon juice, it has to be fresh so you get all the benefit of the acids in the fruit. I use it to fade accidental tanning on my arms and legs during the summer when I garden. I love being pale and tanning will eventually make you look like and alligator handbag. Give it a try and see if it helps, I'd say use it once a day. Keep it in a jar that you can seal up so it won't evaporate.

Just be happy with the way that you are!
Reply:Loreal Acne response Intensive Peel...it brightens the skin gets rid of blemishes, and dark spots, and fights the sighn of aging.....really good product
Reply:They make skin bleaches that u can get @ the drug store, but i'm convinced that that will cause something funny to happen after a while. Try washing your face with lemon juice, it will lighten skin, just like hair. to exfoliate, mix lemon juice with corn meal.
its also really cheap, so you have noething 2 lose!
the acid also gets rid of acne : )
Reply:Well, try diana stalder products the papaya kojic soap and whitening cream for under $20 you will get rid of your discoloration. You can check this webstore and check what customers said about the products...
